The Grandpa refered to in the caption worked for Ford in Pequaming where he raised his family. He painted the Ford sign on top the water tower as one of his job duties. Then worked for Ford in Detriot until his retirement back in Copper Country (which he called Copper Island in Finn). Wish we had taped all the stories; But writing down all that we can remember now.
