A collaboration with the Barbara Kettle Gundlach Shelter Home and the Copper Country Humane Society to bring awareness about the connections between domestic violence and animal cruelty. This is the second annual event which occurred on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at the East Houghton Park located behind the Isle Royale Apartments. The walk proceeded west down the walking trail to the Ambassador and back through town on Sheldon back to the park.
